Most commonly used for influenza and other viral prevention, these masks are effective according to the CDC in helping to prevent the spread of flu, swine flu and avian flu transmission from person to person. N95 masks are designed to fit over the nose and mouth of the wearer, and properly fitted can provide excellent protection.
Note: This is a best value product with top quality (GB19083 standard, established supplier to AAA hospitals in China), and can stand the tests physical inspections by any medical facilities. The packaging is not a typical English one, due to lack of sterile stock in English packaging at the time of importing -- most were taken without 14-day sterile process. That said, you can see N95 and GB19083 clearly and the product is so comfortable that most customers said they wish they could have worn this brand earlier.
Don’t be fooled by those non-sterile masks with “N95” (mis)labels but lower or even no GB standards. We have seen too many lower grade products, e.g., KN95, labeled as "N95", or even worse, lower quality products, on the market. They simply registered with FDA and CE before directly export. Strictly speaking they are not medical N95!
KN95 is not for medical usage before the pandemic and are one grade lower, please check out the difference between N95 and KN95 masks. If you still want KN95 instead of N95 knowing the differences, check our FFP2/KN95 double certified respirators.
The whitelist by Ministry of Commerce of China above has all manufacturers along with the medical devices made in China but qualified for export as medical supplies, and this medical N95 respirator is on the list. Note that the KN95s FDA allowed for emergency usage are still at the level of KN95. The one we selected is manufactured by an old and established company that has been specialized to provide AAA hospitals (best hospitals in China) well before this pandemic. Good for ICU usage.
